Cousins Nikki & Vonnie have always had a love for puff pastries and tarts. They quickly turned this passion into a hobby by creating yummy treats for family and friends. It wasn't long before people started encouraging them to create a business out of it, and with Vonnie recently being stood down from her job during the Covid crisis, what better time to start!
Vonnie with her passion for food and Nikki with a business background - coupled together, these two make the perfect partnership for their little business.
Currently their menu consists of:
Classic Lemon Tarts or Mango & Toasted Coconut Tarts (4 for $15 or 6 for $18)
Super buttery tart shell filled with a deliciously sweet and tangy filling
Puff pillows (Bueno, Fresh strawberries & cream, Taro, Madagascan vanilla) (12 for $15)
Light and fluffy puff pastry pillows filled with the perfect amount of sweetness
Gourmet pork belly and sage sausage rolls with homemade chargrilled capsicum relish (5 for $15)
Easily the BEST sausage rolls we've ever had. Their secret mix of pork belly, herbs and spices definitely screams gourmet! And the relish is the perfect accompaniment to this mouth-watering snack.
