Since the pandemic started last year, the South American bakery in Sunshine North closed its doors for what locals hoped was only temporary. Months and now over 1.5 years has past and we had come to accept that this local establishment would never serve their wonderful baked goods again. But along came the owners of Tilba Bakery, and to say that us locals are excited is BEYOND and understatement.
Tilba Bakery opened in the country NSW town of 'Tilba' in 2020 and quickly became famous for their pies, and now Sunshine North is lucky to have them right on their door step!
All goods are baked fresh on the day and you are spoilt with choices from your Plain Mince all the way to your more gourmet like Lamb and Rosemary. The puff pastry crust is beautifully buttery and flaky and all the flavours we tried were sensational.
Of course they also have sweets such as apple pies, apple turnover cheese cakes and slices which vary depending on the day.
We are looking forward to seeing this business thrive with new flavours and products coming soon.
