You'd be hard pressed to find a local foodie who doesn't love the food at Co Do, a truly authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Sunshine.
Over the years they have managed to expand their restaurant, and is now probably one of the largest and consistently busy restaurants in the area.
Now every restaurant typically has a speciality dish, and for Co Do, it is none other than their famous Bun Bo Hue; a deliciously balanced and spicy clear broth beef noodle soup. It is easily one of the best we've ever tasted (even better than the ones we had in the Hue district in Vietnam - controversial, we know!).
Of course, like all other Vietnamese restaurants, you will have the usual rice, noodle and protein options, except with Co Do, they are ALL done extremely well which is amazing given how quick their service is.
There is plenty of space and high chairs at this joint, so bring the whole family.
