If you've lived in Sunshine for the past couple of decades, you'll know that Cafe Mambo is pretty much part of the furniture. It's recently gone under a much needed transformation over the last few years under the vision of new owner Ngoccie, who started working there in her teens!
The restaurant is spacious and quirky with a great display of indoor plants inviting you as you enter. It is easily one of the most family-friendly restaurants in the area, offering a mixed Italian/Modern Australian menu with regular specials that give you a taste of other cuisines too.
Their portions are very generous and flavours are on point.
