Opening up a brand new Artisan bakery in the middle of an industrial zone is already risky enough, but to do it whilst we're in the midst of a global pandemic is outright crazy! But this trio (Alex, Dom and Nick) are confident about their products, as they should be.

They've only been open for 2 weeks and already have made a name for themselves and some locals are already touting them as the BEST bakery in 3020 offering your usual loaves as well as their exquisite sourdough range (including olive!!!), Vegan potato buns, pizza bases and much much more.

The great thing about these guys is despite the statewide restrictions being absolutely catastrophic for most hospitality business, they've managed to sell out most of their products most days by changing their site into a drive-through bakery where you don't even need to get out of your car if you don't want.
